Correspondence between Cecil John L'Estrange Malone (1890-1965), politician, and E.T. Scott, relating to the provision of a letter to the editor by Malone on the views of Prebendary Gough, clergyman, on trade unions and on Russia, for publication in the Manchester Guardian, which is declined.

Also included is the provision of a letter by E.T. Scott from the Ukrainian Self-Reliance League of Canada, whom E.T. Scott has suggested to contact Malone as a potential supporter of their cause, to bring the position of Ukranians in Eastern Galicia to the attention of the League [of Nations] Council.
