Correspondence between Norman Swindin, chemical engineer, and E.T. Scott, relating to a request for publicity and exploration by the Manchester Guardian into a process developed by George Helps, manager of the Nuneaton Gas Company with low grade gas. There is a request by E.T. Scott for an article on the subject which can be read without any technical knowledge of the subject. Also included are internal memoranda discussing the subject.
