Scope and Content

There is a report entitled 'Foreign papers' which provides information on the international publications received by the Manchester Guardian in 1928. Also included is an internal memorandum relating to the cost of reports received from the parliament in Ireland. There is a copy letter from Scott to [unknown] Elliott, relating to the amendment of the name in which copies of La République are sent to the paper, so that they are addressed to the Editor of the Manchester Guardian, rather than directly to Scott. There is a statement entitled 'Rules for the Admission of Journalist to League Premises', produced by the League of Nations.
