Scope and Content

Correspondence between Count Edward Bernard Andrzej Maria Raczynski (1891-1993), diplomat and president-in-exile, and W.P. Crozier, relating to arrangements for multiple meetings between Raczynski and Crozier, with reference to a delay in a meeting owing to an eye operation undergone by Raczynski, and best wishes from Crozier for success in negotiations with Russia.

Also included is correspondence between A. Jazdzewski, diplomat, and Crozier, relating to a complaint regarding coverage in the Manchester Guardian of a speech by Józef Beck, politician, at the League of Nations. There is a suggestion by Jazdzewski that Crozier might be introduced to Raczynski, in his role as Polish ambassador to the United Kingdom. There is also a request from Crozier for a meeting with Pablo de Azcárate, Spanish ambassador to the United Kingdom, who is not available at the time suggested.
