Correspondence between Sir Richard Thomas Dyke Acland, 15th Baronet (1906 - 1990), politician, and W.P. Crozier relating to a request that Crozier add his signature to a proposed letter to the leaders of the Labour Party, which outlines concerns on current policy and approach to: peace aims, social justice, government administration, advisory committee members, internment of refugees and the appeal for scrap iron.

Also included is discussion of the issues referred to in the letter, and Crozier's recommendations for alterations to the text.There is a request from Acland for Crozier to suggest other signatories to the letter, which is declined.

A draft copy of the letter to the leaders of the Labour Party is included.
