Scope and Content

Correspondence with Nannie Florence Drysdale (1856-1930), writer and activist, relating to a request that Scott provide support in the Manchester Guardian for an appeal for funds to maintain the Kropotkin Museum in Moscow, and an enquiry as to potential employment for Madam Tcherkeroff as a translator for the London office of the Manchester Guardian, which are refused.

Also included are a draft copies of the public appeal, and internal memoranda discussing the subject.
