Scope and Content

Correspondence relating to H. Parker, and discussion of complaints made about an article written by Parker on a visit to Canada, and published in the Manchester Guardian. There is a letter from Joseph Mann relating to a complaint at the tone and information given in Parker's article, and a letter to the Vancouver Sun from E.T. Scott, with a disclaimer that Parker was an authorised representative of the Manchester Guardian. Also included is an internal memorandum discussing the subject.
