Correspondence relating to Count Michael Karolyi, politician and president, with [uknown] Morel, with thanks for information provided about Karolyi, and with Henry Noel Brailsford, journalist and author, relating to a request for Karolyi to be considered for employment at the Manchester Guardian, with discussion of his exile from Hungary, and the potential work he might perform, which is declined.

Also included are a letter of introduction for Countess [Katalin] Karolyi, from Scott to [unknown] Williams, manager for the Manchester Guardian in New York, with reference to a lecture tour by Countess Karolyi, and the suggestion that Williams might make introductions for the countess to journalists at the New York World.
