Correspondence with Charles Bathurst, first Viscount Bledisloe (1867-1958), agriculturist and politician, relating to a request from Bledisloe for support of a scheme to make the Forest of Dean a national park, and an invitation by Scott for Bledisloe to write a letter on the subject for publication in the Manchester Guardian.

Also included is correspondence on arrangements for Bledisloe to meet with a journalist from the Manchester Guardian to discuss the scheme.
