Correspondence between Robert C. Stern, journalist, and Miss Linford, relating to an enquiry as to the potential publication of a series of maps in the Manchester Guardian, and fees for their use, which Linford is unable to answer. Also included is an offer by Stern to act as a correspondent for the paper in Palestine, which is declined by A.P. Wadsworth.

GDN/A/S96/5 is a notice of a programme by Stern for the BBC entitled 'King in Chains' in Newspaper World, 1939.
