Waller, researcher at the North Eastern Boundary Bureau, relating to an article by Waller on the situation in Ulster, which is accepted for publication in the Manchester Guardian, but is postponed, owing to the death of Michael Collins, Irish revolutionary and politician. There is discussion of the political situation in Ireland, and the provision of a statement by Waller and Miss Stafford, on the [Irish] Boundary Commission, which is received with thanks. Also included is provision of further information on the [Irish] Boundary Commission, with reference to article 12 of the Anglo-Irish Treaty, and misstatements on the subject made in the British Press.
