Correspondence between Frederic E. Holsinger, economist, and E.T. Scott, relating to discussion of an offer by Holsinger of an article on the export difficulties of the Dominions, with reference to free trade, which is accepted with amendments for publication in the Manchester Guardian. Also included is correspondence relating to an offer of an article by Holsinger on the need to replace the Labour government with a Liberal government in order to deal with current economic issues, which is not accepted. There is correspondence relating to the provision of copies of a book, The Mystery of the Trade Depression and a pamphlet, 'Why The Pound Sterling is Doomed' by Holsinger to E.T. Scott.
