There is a request by Shaw for permission for articles written by him for the Manchester Guardian to be published in America, which is granted, with discussion of the repayment of [war] debt between the allies [of the First World War]. There is also a request that Scott and [C.E. Montague, journalist and writer] read and review [Darnley?] by Shaw when it is published, which is granted, and discussion of the position of the Liberal party.
