This volume contains The Contention of Spring and Winter, a work in mixed prose and verse, by Lami'i Çelebi (died 938 AH/1531-32 CE). On f 1v there is a table of chapter headings and in the margins of ff 2v-15r there is part of an Arabic work, followed by a fragment of Ottoman Turkish biography. On the end papers are medical prescriptions, poems, and prayers. The work has been described at the start of the text, in pencil, as 'Diwan gülbün-i-hanan'. The folios are slightly damaged by damp. The text contains a single unvan. This manuscript was likely copied in the late 16th century CE.
