This volume contains the poems of Ref'et Mehmet Efendi (died 1228 AH/1813 CE). Several poems, mainly gazeller, are by Şerif, which must have been an additional mahlas used by Ref'et. Both names are used indiscriminately. The Divan is divided as follows:. ff 2v-12v : Kasideler and müseddesat. Three of the kasideler are dedicated to Ali Behcet Efendi, Şeyh of the Nakşibendi Order; Ahmet Şemseddin Efendi; and İsmet Bey. The two latter individuals are mentioned as having held the office of Sadr of Rumelia;. ff 12v-18v : Chronograms, one of which commemmorates the accesion of Mustafa III in 1171 AH (1757-58 CE);. ff 19v-76v : Gazeller, including one in Persian written by Ref'et found along the margin;. ff 77v-81r : Mukataat;. ff 81v-82r : Elğaz;. ff 82v-86v : Müfredat;. ff 88v-92r : Şarkiyat.
