This volume contains a collection of songs (beste, semai, şarkılar, bayatiler, etc.) arranged according to the various keys (usulat) of which a list has been provided at the end (ff 54v-55r). It begins under the title of Beste-yi hafif. Gazeller of Hafız and Vasif are found on ff 1-2. The manuscript bears the seal of Ahmet Es'at in two places and the date 1229 AH (1813-14 CE), which would seem to be about the date of transcription.
