This volume contains the following five texts by Mehmet Rağıp Paşa (died 1176 AH/1762-63 CE) :. (I) ff 1v-80v : Telhisat, letters and official reports centred around the Peace of Belgrade in 1739;. (II) ff 81v-139r : Fethiye-yi Belgrad, a report on the capture of Belgrade in 1739. This text ends with a mesnevi (f 101r) and is followed by a number of official documents (kaimeler) and a number of takriz in Arabic by Rağıp, of which the final item occurs on f 139r;. (III) ff 140v-150v : Kasideler and tahmisat, some dealing with historical events, and some of which are in Persian;. (IV) ff 151v-190r : Gazeller;. (V) ff 190v-191r : Rubaiyat and matali'. The texts contain four unvans. The mecmua was copied by Mehmet Siyahi in 1193 AH (1779-80 CE).
