Scope and Content

This volume contains the letters of Kani (died Rebiülahir 1206 AH/November 1793 or 1208 AH/1793-94 CE), consisting mainly of those associated with Yeğen Mehmet Paşa, but containing as well as private letters, many of them congratulatory. A great many are labelled only suret-i mektup. The manuscript contains one unvan and was copied in the 19th century.
