Scope and Content

This volume contains an epic on the Alexander legend by Ahmedi (died 815 AH/1413 CE). This copy is defective at the beginning and the end. It opens in the section on the birth and upbringing of İskender. At the end there are also several folios missing: the text breaks off mid-chapter. The manuscript was likely copied in the 16th century CE.
