The manuscript consists of three texts:. 1 (1v-77v): Taḥḳīḳ ve tevfīḳ. An account of the negotiations in 1149/1736 between the Porte and Nādir Şāh. By Meḥemmed Rāġib Paşa (d. 1176/1762-3). 2 (80v-154r) Telhısat. Letters and official reports, largely connected with the peace of Belgrade (1739). 3 (155v-162v) Poems, mainly kasides and poems dealing with historical events and chronograms, beginning with a Ramazaniye in honour of Ahmet Paşa, Vali of Baghdad. 4 (155v-191v): [Dīvān-ı Rāġib]. Selected ġazels and longer poems. The manuscript contains four unvans on 1v, 80v, 155v, 164v.
