Scope and Content

This volume contains a work on the life and miracles of Şeyh İbrahim Gülşeni, a celebrated mystic and the founder of the Gülşeni order who died in 940 AH (1533-34 CE). It is divided into setions called takallup, and contains many poems by Şeyh İbrahim with information about his genealogy and how he became a derviş. The author of the treatise is Mehmet Muhyiddin (died 1026 AH/1617 CE). This manuscript was copied by Derviş Veli Gülşeni in 1072 AH (1661-62 CE).
