This volume contains a copy of the Capitulations granted in 1675 by Sultan Mehmet IV to English traders in the Ottoman Empire. It comes in both the original Ottoman Turkish and in an Italian translation (foliated separately). The manuscript is dated as the middle ten days of Cemaziülahir 1086 AH (1-10 September 1675 CE).
