Scope and Content

This volume contains the poetry of Süleyman Mezaki, a Bosnian poet who died in 1087 AH (1676-77 CE). He was an associate of Köprülüzade Fazıl Ahmet Paşa and belonged to the Mevlevi order. The first folio of this copy has been lost and supplied at a later date in a nesih hand. The manuscript was likely copied in the 18th century CE.
