This volume contains a collection of imperial ordinances and fetava concerning land tenure, fiefs, evkâf, and taxation in Budin and other vilayets. These date from the reign of Sultan Süleyman I, but the work was compiled under Selim II and contains later fetava apart from those of Şeyh-ül-İslâm Ebussuud. The present work lacks the final paragraph and colophon, breaking off mid-page and evidently considered by the copyist as being complete. Additional fetava have been inserted in the margins of the text, and there are diagrams on ff 25r and 37v. The volume shows evidence of old repairs on ff 25-26, as well as slight worm damage. The manuscript was likely copied in the latter half of the 17th century CE.
