This volume contains a miscellany consisting primarily of copies of letters, for the more important of which an index has been provided (f 2r). This is followed by an Ottoman Turkish translation made by Nevi Efendi of the Persian work Riyāẓ-i inshā, compiled by Shaykh Maḥmūd ibn-i Shaykh Muḥammad Gaylānī, called Khwājah-i Jahān (ff 26v-80r). After this come various notes and poems by Nevi, a tract on the Vizierate (ff 82v-95r), further poems and an anonymous tract on the art of inşa (ff 95v-105v). The collection ends with notes (some marginal) and copies of letters including one from Timur to Bayezit I and one from Mehmet II to Uzun Hasan. The manuscript was likely copied in the 17th century CE.
