This volume contains a popular romance of the hero Seyit Battal Gazi, likely composed in the 13th or 14th centuries CE. The text agrees closely with the one found at Or 7310 as well as the copy held by the Vatican and described by Rossi (p. 20). The only break in the narrative is provided by headings in red reading Az in canip. The work is imperfect at the end. This copy is wrongly labeled 'History of the Wars with Byzantium Turki'. It is possible that this manuscript was copied in the late 15th century CE but the first nine folios have been supplied in a later hand.
