Scope and Content

This volume contains a slightly abbreviated version of the Taẕkirat al-avliyā (تذكرة الاوليا) of ᶜaṭṭār. This version, which does not bear the author's name, is arranged in 65 ebvap and was made in the early 15th century CE. A large portion of the manuscript, mostly towards the end, is in the hand of a later copyist who did not vocalize the part that they copied. It differs in spelling from the earlier part, while a third copyist has inserted several devotional poems in the margins and at the end of the text. The latter portion was copied by ... İbn-i Abdullah, possibly in 959 AH (1551-52 CE).
