Scope and Content

The current volume contains the letters of Ebu Bekr Kani (died Rebiülahir 1206 AH/November 1793 CE or 1208 AH/1793-94 CE), consisting mostly of letters associated with Yeğen Mehmet Paşa (Grand Vizier 1781-82 CE), but containing as well miscellaneous public and private correspondence. This manuscript contains a single unvan and was copied in 1229 AH (1813-14 CE).
