Scope and Content

This volume contains a copy of the well-known work by Füzuli (died 1555 AH) entitled Hadikatu's-suada. The text is complemented by 15 illustrations on ff 7v, 15v, 19v, 24v, 30v, 60r, 66v, 93r, 120v, 166r, 172r, 203r, 233r, 246v, and 269r, which also feature marginal decorations in gold. The paintings all appear to be contemporary with the text. This manuscript was likely copied in the early 17th century CE.

The Hadikatu's-suada has been printed at Bulaq in 1253 AH (1837-38 CE) and 1261 AH (1845 CE) and in Istanbul in 1273 AH (1856-57 CE).
