This volume contains a treatise on medicines by Nuh İbn-i Abdülmennan, a Hekimbaşı who died in 1119 AH (1707-08 CE). On f 24v, the author states that his late son Ömer Efendi began to translate this treatise from a Greek original entitled Akrabadin malkiyo (اقربادين ملكيو), but died before the work was completed, having finished only the müfredat. The translation was therefore finished by his father. There is a detailed table of contents (ff 1v-21v), and the work begins on f 22v. It contains many medical prescriptions written in the margin. The manuscript was likely copied in the 18th century CE.
