Scope and Content

This volume contains the collected poetry of Seyit Mehmet Sırri of Eğriboz (Euboea, contemporary Greece), a Shi'i Sufi poet. The date of his birth is provided in the text as 1209 AH (1794-95 CE) (f 100r). Other manuscripts of his work are rare. The text contains two illuminated unvans on ff 1v an 103v-104r. Many of the folios within the volume are blank. This manuscript was copied in the mid-19th century CE.
