This volume contains an account in mixed prose and verse by Hüseyin Vehbi (died 1149 AH/1736-37 CE) of the elaborate festivities held in 1132 AH (1720 CE) to mark the circumcision of the four sons of Ahmet III and the marriage of five princesses of whom three were daughters of Ahmet III. The text contains a single unvan. The first folio contains an inscription attributing the copying of the manuscript to a calligrapher named Yümni. It was likely produced in the 18th century CE.
