This volume contains an Ottoman Turkish translation of a Persian account of the laws and customs of China compiled by Ali Ekber Hıtai. It was translated by Hezarfenn Hüseyin and dedicated to Sultan Murat III. The work is divided into 20 ebvap which are further subdivided into fusul. The work has been wrongly ascribed to Ali Kuşçu in a rough note in Ottoman Turkish on f 1r. Folios 11-18 are missing from the current volume. The manuscript was likely copied in the 16th century CE.
