Margaret O'Grady née Darbishire was the wife of James O'Grady. She qualified from the University of Manchester in 1922, and went on to work as an anaesthetist consultant anaesthetist at St Mary's Hospitals. She was a fellow of the Manchester Medical Society and president of the Manchester Society of Anaesthetists.
