Robert Wagstaff Killer and John Egerton Killer were brothers, both practised medicine in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries. Frances Leigh, the daughter of John Egerton Killer, married the doctor William Henry Bellot, grandfather of Hugh Hale Bellot.
