MB ChB Aberdeen 1921.

Milne was a general practitioner in Beswick for many years. He served as a surgeon sub-lieutenant during the first world war before studying in Aberdeen. He was house surgeon at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and Bootle General Hospital, Liverpool, before settling in general practice in Manchester. He held office on many committees and was chairman of the Manchester Branch of the BMA. His son, Gerald Eric Milne (see above) was also a doctor. Milne died on 9 December 1956, aged 60.
