MB ChB Edin 1904; FRCS Edin 1910.

Mamourian received his medical education at the University of Edinburgh. He held resident appointments at Macclesfield General Infirmary, Bury Dispensary and Ashton-under-Lyne District Infirmary. He was surgeon to Ashton-under-Lyne Military Hospitals before being appointed surgeon to Ashton-under-Lyne District Infirmary. Mamourian was also honorary surgeon to Wood's Hospital, Glossop, and to a number of insurance companies. He was a member of MMS, Manchester Surgical Society and was president of the Ashton-under-Lyne Division of BMA. He was also honorary life member of the British Red Cross Society. Mamourian died in London on 14 October 1955.
