Lord Wolseley writes in response to SCC's telegram about Suakin policy. He assures SCC that until now he has kept his telegrams quite secret, not even informing his Chief of Staff. He writes asking whether he should stop stores etc going south however warns that if he does and instruct Graham, then the matter will quickly become public. Sent from Cairo.
