Bruce writes to SCC regarding the Licensing Bill and informs SCC that he is making some improvements and will send it to him in a day or two. He writes that he notices his description of "priests" in his Radnor speech as being Anglican. There is an endorsement on the letter written in black ink which reads "19th Jan. 1872. The Rt Hon. Henry A. Bruce M.P. Licensing Bill. Speech at Radnor. Cabinet questions." Sent from: [Home Office, London], date stamped, 19 Jan.
