[John Wodehouse, 1st Earl of Kimberley] writes that he agrees with Rosebery. Roundell Palmer, 1st Earl of Selborne writes that he agrees with Rosebery. An unidentified writer who has signed with the initials, "Co" writes that he thinks [George Joachim] Goschen thinks so much of the railway that he does think they have to go to Khartoum.
