SCC writes to his father regarding a recommendation to William Edward Forster for "W. Mills" who is being considered for a local government position. He writes that Albert Edward, Prince of Wales is unhappy with SCC's father regarding "his music" which is a matter involving the universities. SCC writes that the Prince seems to be taking the opinions of the other Chancellors more easily but recommends that the matter is delegated to the Vice-Chancellors.
