Scope and Content

Trevelyan writes concerning the Irish Question. He writes that he has had discussions with "private allies" who inform him will be unable to vote for the scheme but who he fancies "are set down as safe for the scheme". He also writes that he is aware of others such as Cameron, Corbett and Ferguson which are the same way. He finally writes informing SCC that Heneage is going to resign on Wednesday.
