Gladstone writes to SCC regarding Egyptian affairs. He writes to advise SCC to proceed with writing to Sir Evelyn Wood to telegram Frederick Hamilton-Temple-Blackwood, 1st Earl of Dufferin to confirm a reduction of forces to six thousand men.
