Scope and Content

Wolseley writes to the Governor of Berber that troops and ammunition will be sent to Berber and Egyptian troops will leave for Wadi Halfa. He writes to Egerton regarding sending batallions to Waddy Halfa. He writes that arrangements need to be made with the Arabs and requests advice from Colonel Francis Clery regarding how long it will take for troops to reach Berber.
