Brand writes to SCC regarding the Royal Titles Bill. He writes that Benjamin Disraeli wishes to make a statement in the House of Commons but Brand believes the timing is inappropriate. There is an endorsement written in red ink which reads "[No] speaker, 20 March 1876, Queens' Title." Sent from: London, date stamped, 20 March.
