Mr Cavendish writes concerning the West Derbyshire Election and thanks SCC for all he has done to support him. He further writes that he did not think "the other side were so well organised" although admits that the "Non-Conformist Minister" worked very hard and "the Chinese Labour question had a considerable influence among the working classes". He finally writes speculating what the Government will do "with their big majority". Sent from: Chatsworth, Chesterfield.
