Correspondence with Francis Lyall [Frank] Birch, intelligence officer and historian, relating to discussion of the potential employment of Victor Vaughn Reynolds Geraint Clinton Clinton-Baddeley (1900-1970), writer, as a political journalist for the Manchester Guardian. There is discussion of Clinton-Beddeley's previous experience, and the requirements of the post.
