Scott relating to discussion of an article in the Manchester Guardian entitled 'Polish Jews Turn to Communism', and of Skirmunt's complaints as to the coverage of Poland in the paper. Also included is the suggestion that communications from the Polish Telegraph Agency should be sent to the Manchester Guardian more regularly and punctually. There is correspondence relating to the arrangement of a meeting between E.T. Scott and Litauer to discuss the supply of news by the Polish Telegraph Agency, and an internal memorandum on the outcome of the meeting.
