Correspondence with Sir Thomas Wallace Russell, first baronet (1841-1920), politician, relating to the provision of an article by Russell which was requested by Scott, provisionally entitled 'The Belfast attack on free speech' for publication in the Manchester Guardian. Also included are a copy of the manuscript of the article, with amendments, and a telegram from Russell requesting the cancellation of the article's publication.
