Crozier relating to the recommendation by Crozier of R.A. Smith, journalist of the Manchester Guardian, to assist in the editing of a year book or magazine for the [University of Manchester]. Also included is discussion of the organisation of a public appeal for funding for structural developments and new buildings for the University, with suggestions made by Crozier for publicising the campaign, and its timing. There is an expression of thanks from Stopford for the publicity provided by the Manchester Guardian for the appeal, and for articles on the University. Also included is discussion of Crozier's ill health, and proposed course of treatment.
